Five Years with the Doria Feminist Fund

Five years we measure not only by what we have accomplished, but by what we have witnessed up close: the feminist movements in our region lack neither imagination, nor knowledge, nor the capacity to act. What they lack is access to resources that reflect the realities they face, and for their vision of the world to be taken seriously.

To mark our fifth anniversary, we have gathered the whole story in one place: how the fund began, what it took to become an institution, interviews with our Chair of the Board Lina Abou Habib and our Executive Director Zeina Abdel Khalik, testimonies from people who took part in our partners' work, voices from the team, and the reports that explain where money for feminist movements actually goes.
